A highly educated team is a profitable team.
Employees with a bachelor’s degree typically have the ability to take on larger, more complex projects. Their communication and time management skills are sharpened as adult learners, making them more productive and efficient workers. Additionally, adult learners are more motivated, increasing profitability in the workplace.
Grace University’s Adult Degree Completion Program is geared toward a person who has started, but not finished, a bachelor’s degree. The program can be completed in as little as 16 months, with classes meeting one night per week for five or six weeks each. It is possible to accelerate the program by adding online classes. Grace also offers opportunities for earning credit through experiential learning.
If your company offers tuition assistance, Grace University’s financial aid department will work with your employees as they work toward their degree in Business Leadership, Ministry Studies or Psychology.
