The Business As Mission / Teaching As Mission (BAM-TAM) Program provides Grace University upper-level Business and Teacher Education students with an intense, cross-cultural, study-abroad experience. Grace students have the opportunity to apply what they have learned to a real-life international service missions project.
Business students work alongside owners of a foreign-run business, assisting him or her in everyday business operations and complete coursework during the trip in order to grow their understanding of international business principles and practices.
Teacher Education students learn more about how to teach English Language Learners in their future classrooms by participating firsthand in an international classroom setting and by completing related coursework.
During this experience, students learn not only how to incorporate their studies into their future careers, but also how to integrate their faith into professional service abroad.
