Nursing Program

Why should I choose the Nursing degree?
This program merges Grace University’s priority of biblical/theological education with the high quality nursing education offered at Clarkson College (also in Omaha). Upon graduation from the program, students are prepared to practice collaboratively with colleagues in other disciplines in a variety of settings. The program design meets current licensing requirements within the State of Nebraska and Nursing graduates are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) for Registered Nurses. Any student in this cooperative program is also considered a Clarkson College student, provided that the student meets the standardized testing and required high school courses stipulated by Clarkson College. Any and all documentation and/or attestations required for state licensing requirements within the profession of nursing are coordinated by Clarkson College.

What type of degree will I earn at Grace University if I enroll in this program?
Graduates of this program will earn a bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

What kind of jobs would be available to me after I graduate from Grace University with this major?
Graduates of the Christian BSN degree program in Omaha are prepared to enter the nursing profession as a Registered Nurse (BSN) and/or to move on to advanced health care education.
