Faculty Member Keynote Speaker at Alcohol and Drug Awareness Breakfast

2014102495083057As part of Grace University’s continued effort to develop servant leaders and lead by example, faculty regularly serve within the community.

Jim Santoro, Dean of the School of Professional and Graduate Studies, was the keynote speaker at the Bellevue Drug Commission’s recent Alcohol and Drug Awareness Breakfast. Santoro, a licensed professional counselor, discussed the importance of educating our children and their parents on the dangers of alcohol and drug use as well as the importance of team work between parents, teachers, law enforcement and counselors. He spoke to more than 75 people of all ages during the annual event where community members are honored for their commitment to preventing substance abuse.
