PE101 Introduction to Health and Wellness

Designed to orient the student to the importance of physical fitness by considering the scriptural injunctions regarding the body, learning how the body functions and what is harmful to it, and demonstrating how to improve the level of physical fitness. This course receives a letter grade. This course is required for all undergraduate programs.
