Mr. Todd Conkright joined the Business & Technology department as an adjunct professor in the fall of 2010 after earning his Master of Orgnaizational Leadership degree from Regent University. He became director in the Fall of 2011.
Mr. Conkright also has a bachelor of science in human resource management from Grace University in 1994. He advanced in the human resources and organizational development field for nearly twenty years before coming to Grace University as a professor and department head.
Mr. Conkright teaches classes in leadership, business, and ethics.
Mr. Conkright co-leads the Jobs as Mission (JAM) program, which currently provides a four-week study abroad experience to China.
In the Fall of 2012 Mr. Conkright launched the NonProfit Administration concentration within the Business & Technology department, the only bachelor's level program in the area.
Mr. Conkright serves on the board of the Omaha Organization Development Network (ODN), where he is currently board president. He is also the author of a forthcoming book on performance management under the Rule of Thumb series.
Mr. Conkright lives in Omaha with his wife, Jenifer. Their daughter, Ashley, is married to Gokhan Topcuoglu, and they reside in Omaha. A native of the Kansas City area, Mr. Conkright has lived in Sierra Leone, Iran, England, Minneapolis, and Illinois. He is an avid reader of historical fiction, leadership, and positive organizational scholarship.
