Dr. Kellie Corti joined Grace University in the Spring of 2012 as an Associate Professor and Director of the Communication Studies Program. Dr. Corti earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in Interpersonal and Family Communication from the University of Denver in 2009. Dr. Corti also has a Masters in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Baylor University.
Dr. Corti teaches a variety of Communication Studies courses including Interpersonal Communication, Oral Communication, Family Communication, Gender Communication, Small Group Communication, Persuasion, Presentational Speaking, and Conflict Management. Dr. Corti also serves as the director for the Communication Studies program.
Dr. Corti’s research focuses primarily on family relationships. Specifically, her research focuses on sibling relationships during the young adult years.
Dr. Corti lives in Elkhorn, NE with her husband, Matthew, and son, Jacob. She enjoys going on walks with her two dogs, spending summer days at the lake, and watching college sports in her spare time.
