Professional Profile

Mr. Brick joined Grace University as the Library Director in July 2007. He earned his Master of Arts in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 2005.

Mr. Brick also holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Humanities from Grace University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is active in the Association of Christian Librarians and the Nebraska Library Association.

Teaching and Related Service

Mr. Brick oversees the Grewcock Library, developing its collections to serve the academic needs of Grace University. He teaches information literacy as well as classes in library science.

Research and Creative Activity

Mr. Brick promotes the usage of the library’s resources through a variety of methods. His research is primarily in the areas of history and library science.

Personal Sketch

Mr. Brick is a native of Omaha, Nebraska, where he lives with his wife, Reema, and twin daughters. He is an avid fan of all things Star Wars.
