Bio

Todd Conkright is associate professor of business and Director of the Business & Technology program at Grace University. He came to Grace from a corporate career where he was a human capital strategist, performance analyst, instructional designer and learning facilitator helping organizations maximize their greatest asset: their people.  

Mr. Conkright has held various positions in Human Resource Management & Organization/Learning Development, acting as an internal consultant and leader for companies of 200 to 25,000 employees. He has expertise in implementing creative solutions to challenging performance and knowledge transfer issues and has been instrumental in reducing turnover, improving talent sourcing, increasing knowledge retention and optimizing the customer experience. He continues to consult with clients as an extension of his work at Grace University, building relationships and opportunities within the local marketplace.

As head of the Business & Technology program at Grace, Mr. Conkright integrates critical business success factors within a Christian worldview to prepare students to pursue careers in the marketplace as they live out their faith. The foundational principles of servant leadership and a business-as-mission mindset are essential distinctives woven into the curriculum of all Grace University business courses.  

Mr. Conkright earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Grace University and an M.A. in Management & Organizational Leadership/Organization Development Consulting from Regent University. He is currently president of the Omaha Organization Development Network, a professional association exploring planned change and optimal organization performance. Mr. Conkright has earned the Certified Performance Technologist designation from the International Society for Performance Improvement.

His wife, Jenifer, is a speaker, teacher and leader of women’s ministry programs.
