A Supplemental endorsement means an endorsement that exists by itself on a certificate but is added to a certificate only in the presence of other endorsements. Grace University Teacher Education offers a coaching endorsement for grades 7-12 which allows teachers to coach in interscholastic athletic events in the following areas: basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball and softball, and track and field. The ESL endorsement can be added to an elementary, middle, or secondary teaching certificate and allows the teacher to teach in ESL classrooms from grades K-12.
