Block Party This Friday
The first fall Block Party is this Friday, October 12, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Food, fun and definitely fellowship can be expected. Come for dinner and stay for the kid's Halloween costume contest at 7:00 p.m. There will be games, a bounce house and candy for the kids. See you soon!
Homecoming for All GU Alumni
Homecoming Weekend is November 9 and 10. The weekend will kick off with dinner in the cafeteria at 5:30 p.m. and a concert with Benson Wells at 7:30 p.m. on Friday night. Saturday will include sports tournaments, a service project on campus, class reunions, lunch and an address from President Dr. David Barnes. Fall 2012 Choral Concert
The Grace Chorale, Chamber Singers and Women's Choir will minister in song on October 21. Join them at 4:00 p.m. in Suckau Chapel, 840 Pine Street.
Band Festival Final Concert
Come to GU to hear our Community Concert Band along with special guests Artisans in Brass, www.artisansinbrass.com, on November 2 at 7:00 p.m. The concert is the final feature of the Fall Band Festival. Four Christian high schools from Sioux Falls, Kansas City and Omaha also will perform. Join us at the Jim Classen Gymnasium, 810 Pine Street, for this evening of wonderful music. This is a free event.
Women's Volleyball and Men's Soccer Fall Schedules
