Bachelor of Science in Communications
Concentration in Video Production

The Video Production Concentration is designed to prepare students for careers in television broadcasting or video production houses. Students have practical opportunities to build skills not only though in-class project based courses, but through practicum's and internships. Many of the Professional Requirement courses are taught at Iowa Western Community College. (IWCC is located just eight miles from campus.)  Iowa Western has excellent production facilities to which students from Grace have access for editing and production.  In addition, students will write and produce a "Special" that will air on one of the local cable systems, as well as participate in  live remote broadcasts of Iowa Western athletic events. The media ethics courses taught at Grace University will help students develop the skills to think through media issues from a Christian perspective.
